Our hydrotherapy sessions Hydro4you are designed for you to follow your own exercise programme at your own pace in our lovely warm water.

Hydro4you is a 45 minute session allowing you plenty of time to make the most of the water. The sessions are not led by an instructor, but they are fully supervised by our expert team to provide a safe and friendly atmosphere for your hydrotherapy exercise. Our hydrotherapy equipment, including weights and floats are available for you to use during the session, or you are welcome to bring your own. The pool is fully accessible and hoists are available so the sessions really are open to everyone no mater what your mobility. Numbers are limited, to ensure you have plenty of space to enjoy your work-out.
