Hydro-natal is our gentle exercise class created specially for mums-to-be and new mums.
Led by one of our fully qualified aqua-natal instructors, the session is suitable for all pregnant mums who are more than 12 weeks into their pregnancy. The gentle exercises are also suitable for post-natal mums once you are ready to begin exercise after the birth. Hydro-natal is a combination of low-impact exercises and relaxation in our lovely warm water. You'll have the opportunity to chat to other mums-to-be and the class numbers are kept to a minimum to maintain a quiet and personal atmosphere.
