Hydro4Fibro is our gentle exercise class suitable for those suffering from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. 

Led by one of our aquatic fitness instructors Hydro4fibro combines full class exercises with station based activities which can be completed at your own pace. The session's low-impact exercises have been designed specifically to help manage the symptoms of fibromyalgia. All of the exercises are completely flexible allowing you to increase or reduce your intensity as symptoms vary. Numbers in the pool are limited to ensure you have space for your exercise and there's also time to relax and chat to those who are living with similar chronic conditions.
