Hydro-cise is an aquatic fitness session with exercises designed and led by one of our qualified Aquatic Fitness Instructors.
This 45 minute session combines a mixture of whole class exercises with station based activities to make sure you get the most out of your work out. Ideal for fitness and burning those unwanted calories, hydro-cise exercises use the resistance of the water along with weights and floats to give you a full body workout.
Our instructors create a welcoming and friendly environment and allow you to take part in the class at your own pace. The session is designed for all levels of fitness and hoists are available, making the class accessible for everyone no mater what your level of fitness. Each session has limited spaces to ensure you have plenty of room to exercise in comfort.
