We’re thrilled to share that after a successful launch at our brand new Octopus Hydro Pool in Rowde, we’re now offering Sunday lessons at this fantastic facility!

3.30pm - 4.00 pm - Ducklings (3 years - 4 1/2 years)

4.00 pm - 4.30 pm - Turtles (4 1/2 years plus, Equivalent to Stage 1 and 2)

4.30 pm - 5.00 pm - Jellyfish (Equivalent to Stage 3 and 4)

This summer, Neptune is proud to be supporting a number of trainee swimming teachers as they complete their training courses. To help them succeed, we’re looking for as many fantastic swimmers as possible to join our teacher training sessions!

These lessons follow a similar format to our regular group sessions and are a great way to keep the kids active and engaged. There’s no limit to how many sessions you can book, and we also welcome swimmers who aren’t currently with Neptune — so feel free to spread the word to friends and family!

Lifesaving week 2025 

Monday 16th June - Sunday 22nd June

Each year, Neptune proudly supports the RLSS Drowning Prevention Week within our lessons. During this week, all classes take on a special format focused on teaching essential self-preservation and lifesaving skills. These sessions are always engaging, educational, and most importantly, fun—while helping us deliver a critical safety message.

Over the past 14 years of running these lessons, we’ve seen first-hand how these skills have helped our very own swimmers in real-life emergencies, whether helping themselves or others in danger.

We strongly encourage all families to ensure children attend their lessons wearing a t-shirt over their usual swimwear and to leave goggles at home for the week. As our teachers explain, we don’t wear goggles in everyday life—so practicing without them is an important part of the experience.

Text reminders will be sent throughout the week to help you prepare.
