We have arrived at the end of term, and not only that, we’ve been blessed with beautiful weather. 

The week beginning 21st July will be a fun week at lessons, where our swimmers will take part in fun activities and games. 

Lessons finish on Sunday, 27th July, for the summer break and resume on Monday, 1st September. There is a planned catch-up lesson for ALL Monday swimmers - details below.

Catch-up lessons

All Monday Swimmers have a catch-up lesson on Monday 28th July in your normal time slots. This includes Parent & Baby swimmers

We receive quite a few questions concerning the monthly payment, so we want to take this opportunity to address them

Swimming lessons payments are spread over 12 months to keep payments lower. This means that you pay the same amount each month, regardless of the number of lessons that take place or whether there are school holidays 

Payments for lessons are taken on the 1st of each month. This is not something we are able to change. Where we understand that sometimes payments are missed, we politely ask that customers make sure they have the correct funds in their bank account on payment day 

If you need to change your bank details for swimming lesson payments, you can do this via the hub using the payment section

As previously mentioned, we have several members of our team leaving us for university this September. This means there will likely be changes to your child's swimming teacher. You will be able to view your child’s teacher on the member's hub from Tuesday 29th July.

There is only one small timetable change planned for lessons from September.

We have a limited number of ducklings spaces available on our upcoming crash course at Starfish Hydro! A great way to keep up swimming skills! Details can be found by following the link below. 

We have a super busy summer of swimming teacher training courses planned here at Neptune. The delivery of these courses is only possible with the fantastic support of our swimmers coming along to our teacher training sessions and helping new teachers practice their skills.

There is no limit to the number of sessions you can book into and they are not exclusive to Neptune swimmers so please share far and wide. If you are able to help us please use the link below to book!!
