We are looking for someone who loves working with people and helping them to get the best out of their time in the hydrotherapy pool. We offer a range of services to the local community and therefore are looking for an adaptable and committed member of staff.

Hydrotherapy is different to swimming, we work with clients to help them recover from surgeries, illness and offer rehabilitation using the water to aid in their treatment.

The trainee pool supervisor job role will start by learning the basics of what hydrotherapy is and how it benefits the individual.

The Trainee Pool Supervisor will need to complete the STA Level 2 Pool Emergency Responder Course. The course will teach the Trainee Pool Supervisor how to perform vital rescue skills, including first aid and CPR.
