Disability Family Swimming for Schools
Did you know you can bring your whole family to enjoy our lovely hydrotherapy pool?
Here at Neptune Aquatics we're passionate about making our pools accessible to the entire community. We understand that when you have a child with additional needs it can be tricky to find an activity for the entire family to enjoy together. That's why we're now offering a FREE membership to families of children who attend Silverwood School, Wyvern Academy and Yewstock School.
What is the Disability Family Swim?
Our Disability Family Swim allows families to enjoy our lovely warm pool together outside of school time. The whole family are welcome to come along, and the session is open for those with complex physical disabilities or Special Educational Needs. The hoists are available should any member of your family needs these to access the pool. We've also reduced the numbers in the water, so it's much quieter than our Family or Under 5's Swims. We only have one session running at any one time, so our pools are naturally quieter than the bigger leisure centres. Our teams are experienced in working with children and adults who have disabilities, and many of your children will visit the pool during the school week. To keep the sessions as calm as possible we have the music turned down, we also have sensory lighting, access to floats and toys and of course our fantastic warm water!
What does the FREE membership include?
We're offering all families of children at Silverwood School, Wyvern Academy and Yewstock School a FREE membership. Usually charged at £40 our memberships allow your whole family access to the pool for any of our Family Sessions (Disability Family Swim, Family Swim and Under 5's Swim) at our discounted members rate. You'll also have access to our Private Hire sessions where you can book the entire pool for your own exclusive use. The membership offers a great saving of up to 33% on our pay-as-you-swim prices.
How do I claim my FREE membership?
To claim your FREE membership
simply select your school below and you'll be directed to our booking pages. You'll need to enter a few details to register for your membership quoting the code SCHOOLS21 to claim your membership. You'll then be able to book and pay for any family swimming session at our discounted members rate.
