A guide to arriving at the pool
Arriving at the pool
Our small and friendly hydrotherapy pool is located on the site of Silverwood School on Ashton Street in Trowbridge. On arrival please park in front of the school in any of the spaces marked Silverwood School. Follow the signs through the school playground and into the pool. Watch our short video to guide you through your arrival.
Changing areas
When you arrive at the pool our team will welcome you to the pool and check you in for your session. You'll be allocated a changing area to use. Our changing area are limited, so if you'd like to arrive 'beach ready' (with your swimwear underneath your clothes,) it will make your visit more simple and ensure you maximise your time in the water. We don't have lockers at the pool, but you'll be given a trug to store your belongings whilst you enjoy our lovely warm water!
Access to the pool
We have level access from the car park with a short ramp leading into the pool area. Access to the pool is via a step ladder, or small children can be lifted into the water. If your mobility is limited our fully trained team can assist you with the pool's overhead hoist to help you into the water.
