With 3 classes a week take your pick and jump right in with Neptune’s new exercise class… Hydro-cise!
As your body is partially submerged in water, it allows better joint functionality, increases blood flow and allows the body to work all muscle groups at the same time.
Sessions are conducted via group tasks, individual work outs and station based activities. This approach enables just about anyone to work out in the water, regardless of fitness level.
The classes use a range of different equipment, such as weights and specialized floats to achieve each participants fitness goals.
All hydro-cise classes are open to the public, but will require you to pre-book before attending.
The class can be attended by all fitness level and abilities. However before booking your class, you will be asked to complete a physical questionnaire.

This high impact session is designed to really get your heart pumping through a series of exercises followed by short periods of rest. Join us on a Wednesday at 7:45pm to improve your fitness and burn off those extra unwanted calories!
