In this first blog we are going to look at what classes as a Hydrotherapy Pool. I am not going to focus on the health benefits of using a Hydrotherapy Pool, but the characteristics of the Hydrotherapy Pool.
Before we start let's look at what the Cambridge dictionary definition of the word hydrotherapy means:
Hydro - connected with or using the power of water
Therapy - A treatment that helps someone feel better, grow stronger, etc., especiallyafter an illness
