Hydro-cise
Our Aquatic Fitness instructors will lead you through a series of whole class exercises and individual, station based work outs. Exercises can be taken at your own pace based on your level of fitness, with our instructors tailoring the class to suit the needs of the group. Aquatic fitness (sometimes called aqua-aerobics) is a great alternative to land-based exercise and our warm water increases your circulation, allowing greater flexibility of joints than you might experience in a more traditional style work out. Sessions are relaxed and fun, with music and sensory lighting to help you enjoy your time in the water. We offer 3 Hydro-cise sessions every week, each is 45 minutes long with a maximum of 5 people. Hydro4fibro
The NHS recommends an exercise plan as a great addition to your treatment plan when managing the symptoms associated with Fibromyalgia. Hydro4fibro is our low-impact fitness class created specially for those who suffer from Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Our instructor will take you through a series of low-impact exercises designed to help manage the pain associated with fibromyalgia. Exercises are fully flexible so you can increase or decrease the intensity depending on your symptoms. Sessions are relaxed, with all equipment provided and a play-list for you to enjoy during your work-out. The hoist is available to help you access the pool if your struggle with your mobility. As an added bonus of you'll meet others who suffer from similar chronic conditions. We run a choice of 3 Hydro4fibro classes every week, each is 45 minutes long with a maximum of 5 people. Hydro-natal
Our aqua-natal session is the perfect way to prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy and birth. Suitable for mums-to-be from 12 weeks of pregnancy as well as post-natal mums, Hydro-natal is a combination of low-impact, pregnancy friendly exercises plus time to relax in our lovely warm water. There's also the opportunity to chat to other local mums and mums-to-be. The health of you and your baby is of the utmost importance to us here at Seahorse Hydrotherapy Pool, so all sessions are fully transferable should you feel unable to exercise for any reason. Hydro-natal is a 45 minute session at 7:15pm every Thursday evening with a maximum of 5 people. Why not come along and give it a try this July for just £9.95?

Seahorse Hydrotherapy Pool, Trowbridge
Located on the site of Silverwood School, Seahorse Hydrotherapy Pool is a small and friendly warm-water pool open to the public 7 days a week. Our water is kept at a constant 33 degrees, perfect for hydrotherapy, aquatic fitness and family swimming. Alongside supporting the school with hydrotherapy for children with SEN the pool also offers a range of fitness sessions, swimming lessons for beginners and private pool hire. With level access from the car park right through to pool plus an overhead hoist the hydrotherapy pool really is accessible to all.
